I’m just getting started, and my budget is tight, so I need to cut costs anywhere I can.
I’ve been researching used salon equipment for sale on the net. With the amount of money I expect to save on it, I should ba able to hire one more stylist.
I can’t really justify buying new when no one will be able to tell the difference anyway, after a week or two.

The huge expense that erp software evaluation implementation entails must be justified and this can only be done when there are tangible benefits that the software brings to the company. While it is easy to assess the performance after the implementation is complete, a system should also be in place to assess the system even during the implementation process.
