To put the meaning of the Scorm compliant learning management system in simple terms, you can think of Scorm as a VHS tape. The VHS tells the standard of the video tape as the Scorm tells the standard for the learning management system. The VHS specifies the standard size for a video tape and how fast the VCR should spin the reels as the Scorm tells the technical specifications for creating e-learning. You can put any kind of video on the VHS tape such as horror, comedy, romance, etc. just as the Scorm compliant learning management system allows you to use or create any kind of learning content.

One of the problems around the office is getting people who are more technological in nature to be able to comunicate their ideas to those of us who are not. One way i have found is thru the use of BPMN. The Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) specification provides a graphical notation for expressing business processes in a business process diagram (BPD). The objective of BPMN is to support business process management by both technical users and business users by providing a notation that is intuitive to business users yet able to represent complex process semantics. It is nice for all of us to be on the same page.

Our current system was working really well for us but we wanted to upgrade our inventory management software to include a few features. I looked on line and found that our current software had additional disks that we could order that would provide us with all different types of upgrades depending on our needs. We wanted to incorporate a remote access to the system that could be viewed from a PDA while traveling on business. This would make being able to see current inventory possible and it would really help when on a sales call. the customer always wants to know how soon can I get it…

What’s the deal with six sigma programs? I mean, a lot of people I respect have been telling me to look into sigma six as a way of streamlining my business.
I’ve settled on Six Sigma Methodology, I think, as the best route for use to get our axct together. It’s expensive, but hopefully the savings it generates will be worth it.
One thing is for sure, six sigma programs has worked wonders for a lot of companies.

For many companies the high cost of enterprise based software is a significant barrier. Microsoft enterprise software provides a potential solution that is a lot more cost effective. The software itself s highly flexible and can be adapted to meet the needs of the organization and industry. Furthermore, there are many third party solution providers which can provide consulting services and customized solutions to suit the needs of the organization. It is a solution that small businesses should seriously consider.
