As a woman, I am fairly easy to please when it comes to my Bible.  when evaluating one of several Bible atlases for purchasing, all other things being equal, you should purchase one that is larger and provides more in-depth information.  Some Bible atlases are actually just a rehash of the scholarship of yesteryear — what you are looking for in a Bible Atlas is up-to-date and relevant information that is also detailed.  When it comes to purchasing a Bible Atlas, a good rule of thumb is: the more detailed, the better.
